We design timeless buildings that take advantage of the site's potential and understand our clients' needs and opportunities. We specialize in designing accommodation, residential, commercial, industrial, office, and public buildings.

General design

We collaborate with a team of dedicated co-designers and take care of the preparation and management of structural engineering, HVAC engineering, civil engineering, and landscape design plans.

Interior design

The boundaries between architecture and interior design can be indistinct. We offer our services for the further planning of the representative interiors of the family houses, villas, and apartment buildings designed by us.

Technical Inspection

We provide technical inspection services for accommodation and residential buildings designed by our office. We support our clients during the implementation phase with site supervision.

Visual design, PR

In addition to creating photorealistic visual designs, we can produce a variety of marketing materials, including walkable 3D hyper-models of the buildings we design.

Consulting

We offer pre-development feasibility studies, plan verification, and technical consultancy for existing buildings prior to real estate development.

About us

In 2018, we established our architecture practice in Budapest. Our team comprises young professionals from different segments of the market, who have collaborated for almost a decade to create innovative designs.

Our design philosophy is centered around functional, timeless, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that prioritize sustainable construction. We utilize the latest software and a model-based (BIM) approach to ensure seamless collaboration. Our services encompass project preparation, construction, and building management, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Our office currently employs 6 designers, who work alongside up to 30 engineers who are subcontracted as general designers.

ArchiVízió Kft. has a designer liability insurance of 60M HUF/year, and to date, no claims have been made on our insurance.
